🌿 Daily Hug #396 — The Stranger’s Note
Everyone deserves a hug.
Someone found a handwritten note tucked inside a library book.
It said: “If you’re reading this, I hope today is kinder than yesterday.”
No name. No date.
The book had been checked out 31 times.
Every one of those readers got that note.
Most of them had no idea.
Steady One,
kindness has a longer half-life than we give it credit for.
Whatever you sent into the world
is still traveling.
With faith in the long arc,
The Soul Council
P.S. You can leave notes like that anywhere. Someone’s book. A park bench. A text you send and don’t follow up on. You don’t have to sign them to matter.
Big thanks to The Soul Council for bringing a little daily joy into your life. Know someone who could use a hug? Pass it on.
🙏 Thank you for being part of this circle. You make this world gentler.
