🌿 Daily Hug #377: The Astronaut’s First Week Back
Everyone deserves a hug.
When astronauts return from six months aboard the International Space Station,
they have to relearn how to walk.
Their muscles forgot gravity.
Doctors call it readaptation.
Nobody calls it failure.
Nobody says:
“Come on. Walk normally already.”
They call it what happens when a body has been through something significant.
In-Readaptation,
coming back from hard things
takes longer than going through them.
That’s not weakness.
That’s readaptation.
With patience,
The Soul Council
P.S. You’re not behind. You’re readapting.
